Pengembangan Karier Profesional Kantor

Abstract


Offices Professional at all levels of the organization's management must make adjustments to the demands of the industrial revolution, so that the office can still play an efficient and effective role as supporting the implementation of basic work in order to achieve organizational goals, assistant leaders in implementing the organization's management functions, develop the organization, and serve the community. The role of office in administrative work is always needed from time to time. Attempts to adjust the professionalism of work with the development of science and technology should be pursued by every office professional in pursue and develop the careers of administrative staff and office managers in the hierarchy of organizational management. They should have managerial skills: leadership, conceptual skills, analytical, interpersonal relationships, and office technical skills. 

 

Profesional kantor di semua tingkatan manajemen organisasi harus melakukan penyesuaian terhadap tuntutan revolusi industri, agar kantor tetap dapat berperan efisien dan efektif sebagai pendukung pelaksanaan pekerjaan pokok dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi, pembantu pimpinan organisasi dalam melaksanakan fungsi manajemen, mengembangkan organisasi, dan melayani masyarakat. Peranan kantor dalam pekerjaan administrasi selalu dibutuhkan dari masa ke masa. Usaha untuk menyesuaikan profesionalisme kerja dengan perkembangan  ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi harus diupayakan oleh setiap professional kantor dalam meniti dan mengembangkan karir staf administrasi dan manajer kantor di dalam hirarkhi manajemen organisasi. Mereka harus memiliki keterampilan manajer yaitu kepemimpinan, keterampilan konseptual, analitis, hubungan interpersonal, dan keahlian teknis perkantoran.
