KESIAPAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI KEARSIPAN DINAMIS TERINTEGRASI (SRIKANDI) DI KOTA BENGKULU

Abstract


The study focuses on evaluating the readiness of SRIKANDI implementation through qualitative methods such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The SRIKANDI application has been introduced to all regional apparatus in Bengkulu City, with designated admins responsible for managing the archives within the application. However, the research findings indicate that SRIKANDI in Bengkulu City is not yet fully prepared for implementation. Limited understanding, knowledge, skills, and human resources pose challenges to the effective use of the application by archivists. Additionally, budget constraints for essential resources like laptops, internet access, and iPads further hinder the readiness for optimal implementation of SRIKANDI.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi kesiapan implementasi SRIKANDI melalui metode kualitatif seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Aplikasi SRIKANDI telah diperkenalkan kepada seluruh perangkat daerah di Kota Bengkulu, dengan admin yang ditunjuk untuk mengelola arsip di dalam aplikasi tersebut. Namun, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SRIKANDI di Kota Bengkulu belum sepenuhnya siap untuk diimplementasikan. Keterbatasan pemahaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sumber daya manusia menjadi tantangan dalam penggunaan aplikasi ini secara efektif oleh arsiparis. Selain itu, keterbatasan anggaran untuk sumber daya penting seperti laptop, akses internet, dan iPad semakin menghambat kesiapan implementasi SRIKANDI secara optimal.
