Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Sekretaris

Abstract - The task of the secretary is very heavy regarding organization and administration, how to build the image of a company is also a difficult task. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in secretaries is a special thing and this behavior becomes a secretarial behavior. . Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a behavior that suggests a more external role as a secretary. This study aims to describe OCB in secretaries. The steps taken in this research generally go through the stages: The preparation stage. At this stage, observations and introduction to subjects in the workspace were carried out which included: Initial observations / observations of the secretary in the Cilcap district, Sample determination, research using 40 samples. obtained were analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results showed that most of the secretaries agreed to behave OCB, this has actually been done by the secretary with the aim of helping friends so that organizational goals can be achieved
