Penguatan Inovasi dan Kreativitas Pengelola Lembaga Penyiaran di OKU Raya dalam Mempertahankan Eksistensi Radio Lokal di Era Digital
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Local broadcast radio managers are required to be able to develop innovation steps and develop creativity in a sustainable manner to maintain their existence in the era of digital technology based on internet networks. The presence of the internet network has given birth to new media, not only dominating the public information space, but also changing people's patterns and habits in accessing information, entertainment and other content. Broadcast radio, which was once an idol and even the main reference point for audiences to access news and other broadcasts in the conventional era, must immediately adapt to this situation. Convergence with all the accompanying variables, innovation and creativity is the roadmap that must be chosen to maintain its existence in the digital era. The methods used in this service activity are knowledge sharing, focused discussion groups and practice in preparing working papers. The results of this service activity were very significant, participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity stages and succeeded in compiling three working paper documents, namely mapping problems and challenges, mapping needs analysis and preparing follow-up plans for broadcast program innovation and creativity. This activity succeeded in achieving the planned goals.
